The food & beverage: had the salmon scrambled eggs and it was amazing in its simplicity. Airy scrambled eggs accompanied by a good amount of smoked salmon and a beautiful tangy side salad. A great treat to kickstart a Sunday with a variety of flavour notes all combining well to a unique egg dish. The tea was on another level as you’d expect in a cafe owned by Australian Cantonese - simply wait until the sand runs down and you are in for one of the best cuppas you’ll find in the city.
The service: typically Cantonese - super friendly with a great respect for the guest and the ingredients of food and beverages.
Pricing: my dish was a massive serve and considering it was just $17.50 it was more than acceptable in price.
